Aurorus Audio will accept returns for all headphone orders within 14 days of receipt of the order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and tracking must be provided within 14 days of receipt of the item. All returns will incur a 30% reconditioning and restocking fee. All returns must be received in the condition they were sold in, with no signs of wear, tampering, opening the cups or removal of the pads. Additional fees will apply for all accessories (cables, pads, cases, etc) not returned with the item. Aurorus Audio is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
Aurorus Audio may select a different shipping carrier than the one selected at checkout based on current market rates. If a different shipping carrier is selected, Aurorus Audio will select a comparable parcel service with an expected delivery date within one (1) day of the original expected delivery date.
Any delivery timelines provided by Aurorus Audio are estimates and not guarantees of timeline for delivery. Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforseen events or supply shortages.
For all cancellations there is a 15% order cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of shipment of the item. Cancellation fees apply upon agreement to the terms and conditions when purchasing the headphone and/or by providing your payment information and completing a purchase through our store. For items that have already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the seals on the packaging are found to be broken on a cancelled item, the item will be processed as a return and a restocking fee will apply.
All pad, cable, case and accessory orders are final. Any warranty claims for these products must be submitted within 7 days from delivery.
All Aurorus Audio products are made with care and covered for three (3) years against manufacturing defects. For any defects found within the first seven (7) calendar days following delivery, Aurorus Audio will provide return shipping. For any warranty claims after the initial seven (7) calendar days, shipping to Aurorus Audio for diagnosis and repair will be at the cost of the buyer. Normal wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect. Products that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair. As a small company, small aesthetic changes such as colors and/or materials may occur and will not be accepted as a basis for warranty claims.
Warranty claims from second-hand buyers will require a warranty transfer (a one-time fee of $50 to register the new owner). Warranty transfers will require emailing a picture of the warranty card with serial number, warranty transfers will not be given if the warranty card is not available. Warranty transfers do not extend the warranty period, warranty will apply from the original date of sale.
If a claimant is found to be claiming warranty repair or replacement parts for the purpose of supplying parts to a third party(s), Aurorus Audio reserves the right to revoke the remaining warranty period for the claimant and all of their currently warrantied items.
